I visited this location today for my exam(23rd Aug) , and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process especially one lady behaving like a boss, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Instead of being helpful and respectful, her behavior came across as dismissive and discourteous.

For an exam/testing center, where professionalism and support should be a priority, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability for staff in the future.

I gave my IELTS exam on 6th December but I didn’t get my TRF yet going to apply my work permit in 5 days I want it urgently and they didn’t respond my emails. Can u solve my issue as soon as possible so that there would be no delay for my further plan

I had english lessons here almost 10 years ago, and at this moment i apreciate the knolowdge i learn, rigth now i working in Costco Spain and pretty sure that if i did not take this course the reality will be other. Thank for your lesson a patience as a Venezuelan student.

I have had a consistently disappointing experience with the services at GV.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, the issues persist.
Firstly, the punctuality of the teachers has been a significant issue. My teacher was consistently late, often more than twice a week. Despite bringing this to the attention of the administration, the problem was not rectified.
Furthermore, there were inconsistencies in the level tests, making it unclear how proficiency levels were determined. The lack of communication between staff members only exacerbated the problem.
Considering the significant financial investment I made to attend this school, I expected a higher standard of teaching and service. Unfortunately, I have not received the level of instruction and support that I paid for.
