In Barcelona, Enforex runs a junior language course that combines learning Spanish, group life and the discovery of a very appealing destination. Students take Spanish classes and take part in a programme of activities and excursions that turns Barcelona into a genuine immersion ground. Young people progress in the language in class, but also in daily life, during the visits, the outings and the exchanges with the other participants from a variety of backgrounds.

The stay in detail
The activities
At the end of each week, young people are encouraged to take part in a range of activities: sports tournaments, treasure hunts, eco-themed hikes, workshops in journalism, music, drama, circus skills, cooking or flamenco. After the evening meal, theme nights, such as discos, 1960s evenings or games, are organised, along with music, drama or dance shows put on by the young people themselves. Half-day and full-day excursions are also planned to explore the region and discover the nearby towns of Tarragona and Sitges.
The programme
The Enforex Camps programmes offer both a multicultural setting and 24 hours of Spanish practice, where Spanish and international students are separated only in the morning, during the language lessons. Each week, participants take 20 lessons of 45 minutes, and the rest of the day is devoted to activities such as sports tournaments, music, drama, treasure hunts and theme nights. In addition, participants enjoy a half-day and a full day of excursions during the week and at the weekend. A sports option can also be added, comprising 16 football lessons, 12 tennis lessons and 8 water sports lessons spread over 2 weeks and given by trained coaches.
Residence accommodation
You can choose between single or double rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Our residence has gardens and modern social spaces, and you will have free internet access via Wi-Fi on campus. Experienced supervisors will be there to look after you and watch over your wellbeing at all times. The package includes full board, with 4 meals a day. Even on excursion days, a packed lunch will be provided. Note that meals are served on Spanish time, that is after 1.30 pm for lunch and after 8.30 pm for dinner. The chefs cook varied dishes suited to Spanish culture. If you have food allergies or a special diet, personalised options can be arranged for you on request. Don't forget to tell your adviser when you register.

Barcelona, in the north-east of Spain, enjoys a sunny climate for most of the year and is bordered by the Mediterranean. It is therefore an ideal place to spend your language holiday during the summer months. You can learn Spanish in a stimulating and entertaining setting, while enjoying the activities offered outside class.
