The truth is that it was a disappointing experience for me I lost money and time.
I filed a complaint, but the teacher did not take it seriously.
Unfortunately, the institute's management falls short. They do not listen to student complaints, there is bias, or some people do this on purpose. Moving ahead to the next level is dependent on the teacher's mood.
If you're a friend, you can advance to the next level without any tests or experience. This drove me to leave this school and change it.
I attempted to obtain my money back in the usual manner, but I could not find a refund provision in the terms and conditions of the website or the school, Every individual's journey is uniquely their own.

"I studied English here for one month and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to discriminatory behavior by some staff. The manager would only direct people of color to dirty toilets, while boasting about the colonial era. One teacher even praised discriminatory comedy in class. As a non-native speaker who came to improve my English, I was shocked and saddened by this attitude in a supposed international language school. I do not recommend this place if you are from a non-European background. Hopefully the school has improved since my visit, but my experience was unacceptable."

I had a really great time at a language school in Brighton. I only studied there for 11 days. The teachers were fantastic, with very nice students from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Spain, South Korea, Turkey, Germany, and the UAE. I learned a bit. Now I can communicate in basic English. I have fond memories of that time and of Brighton itself.

The school is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the city's main attractions and several accommodations.
The teaching method is very immersive and improves all aspects of your English. I really enjoyed the experience I had learning with them.
