Does booking through Move and Study cost more than booking with the school directly?
No. You pay the school's official price, with no agency fee and no booking fee. Enrolment, arranging your accommodation and help with visa paperwork are included. And if you find the same course cheaper elsewhere, we refund the difference.
How much does a language course abroad cost?
The price depends on four things: the destination, the length of your stay, the number of lessons per week and the accommodation. For each school, our Prices page gives the cost of a 2, 4, 8 and 12-week stay, with tuition, accommodation and enrolment fees included, and the date the prices were last checked. For your exact dates, ask for a quote: it is free and worked out from the same official price lists.
Do you also take care of accommodation, flights and visas?
Accommodation, yes: host family, residence or campus, booked together with your course, plus an airport transfer if you want one. Flights, no: you book your own, which leaves you free to choose your times and airline and to change them later. Visa requirements depend on your nationality, the destination and the length of your stay: we tell you which steps to follow, and any visa fee is yours to pay.
How do I enrol, and when do I pay?
You send us your enrolment request and we confirm it with the school within 48 hours of receiving your file. You then pay a deposit; the invoice for the balance reaches you four to six weeks before departure. The deposit amount and its refund conditions are set out in our terms and conditions. What happens if I have to cancel, or if something goes wrong while I am there?
Before departure, an optional cancellation cover applies to the situations listed in our terms and conditions, such as illness or an exam you have to resit. Once you are there, you write to us and we take it up with the school or the accommodation provider.
