Junior language courses in Lindenberg with Humboldt

The Humboldt school and its facilities

Just a 10-minute walk from the town of Lindenberg, the Humboldt school has modern facilities such as equipped classrooms, an indoor swimming pool with sauna, a gym, a climbing wall, a mini-golf course and sports pitches for football, volleyball or basketball. Students can take 30 lessons per week in groups of 10 maximum, but can also opt for one-to-one classes of 25, 30 or 40 lessons per week in order to improve their German more quickly. The programme also includes ski or snowboard lessons in winter, as well as many artistic, sporting and cultural activities.

The activities and the accommodation

The surrounding region offers many leisure activities such as ski slopes, snowshoe trails, mountain bike rides, as well as an indoor tennis court and a mini-golf course. Excursions are also organised to discover neighbouring towns such as Munich, Stuttgart, Lindau or Constance. Students are accommodated directly on the school campus, in single, triple and quadruple rooms, mostly in double rooms with an en-suite bathroom. For those who prefer total immersion, host family accommodation is also possible, with three meals a day included. The school makes sure that students are placed in rooms according to their age, their mother tongue and their level of German, in order to encourage them to practise the language outside class.
