I had a great experience at Kaplan. Besides the excellent teachers, I chose the 30+ course, which made it easier to connect with people who have similar work backgrounds and life experiences. It also encouraged conversations and experience sharing with people from different countries.

I spent two months studying at Kaplan and genuinely appreciated the educational experience. However, I was rather astonished to discover that students are required to incur an additional cost to purchase their own graduation certificate upon completion. Given the tuition fees, one would expect this to be included as standard. Furthermore, I found the print and paper quality of the certificate to be somewhat substandard. While the course itself was beneficial, this particular policy feels rather disappointing and detracts from the overall experience.

I had a great experience at Kaplan Liverpool! The classes were well-structured and engaging, especially with Esmira as our teacher. Her energy, clear explanations, and fun teaching style made the 3-hour lessons fly by. I really improved my English and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

After getting through the stress with the accommodation problems (Vita Student), I had an incredible week at the school. The atmosphere really inspires you to study and improve your English to communicate better with classmates and outside of school. The teachers are very kind and respectful.

My experience at this institute has been very disappointing. I felt that there was a lack of understanding and compassionate treatment from some teachers regarding students’ circumstances. also, there were delays from the administration in responding to and providing the support and assistance I needed. In short, I did not receive the level of support and communication I expected from the institute.
