Treezer has patience with us. I liked her. She is an excellent teacher. Andy, Evelyn and Nicola always help us to solve the problems. Andy is a good manager. He understands our needs. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, my experience at Kaplan Oxford was very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I paid.

From the beginning, I faced several problems. I did not receive proper support or an introduction to the school and facilities when I arrived, and I received my student ID number only after around one and a half weeks.

My first homestay experience was very stressful. I did not feel safe, and despite reporting my concerns, the process of moving me to another family took too long. This affected my sleep, my studies, and my overall experience.

The second homestay was better, but I still had some issues with communication and meals. I also felt that the academic support was not at the level I expected, as I requested help with correcting my writing but did not receive feedback.

I chose Kaplan because of its reputation and expected a high-quality educational experience, but unfortunately, my experience did not match my expectations or the price I paid.

I appreciate the staff members who genuinely tried to help, especially Caroline at reception, who was kind and supportive.

Overall, I hope Kaplan improves its student support, accommodation management, and communication in the future.

My experience studying English in Oxford was amazing. The teachers were friendly, patient, and always encouraged us to speak English, even when we made mistakes. I met students from many different countries, which helped me improve my communication skills and learn about different cultures. The city of Oxford is beautiful, safe, and full of history, making it a great place to study. I also enjoyed the social activities organized by the school because they made learning English more fun. Overall, studying English in Oxford was one of the best experiences of my life, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their English

The management team was equally fantastic. Everyone was approachable, friendly, and always willing to help. Even after finishing my course, I continued to receive guidance and support whenever I needed it. For that, I would especially like to thank Corin and Andrew for their kindness, advice, and ongoing support.
