Fantastic experience studying Spanish in Buenos Aires for two weeks! I loved the variety of ages, professions, experience levels and nationalities that all participated. We had people from 18 years old to over 80 years old. They did a great job of putting me in the correct level. I've been a speaker off and on for 40 years, but definitely needed a refresher on my verb tenses and conjugations and vocabulary and this was perfect. The classes were small and totally engaging and I love the rotating concept of new students every week. My daughter is studying abroad there at another university and she was amazed at all of the activities and other things I got to do in the short time I was there. I loved the academic combination of small group, learning, conversation, listening, watching, writing, and my professor, Carlos was fantastic and really shared about life in Argentina as a porteño! The 'Spanish in the city' was great with going out and seeing the beautiful sites of Buenos Aires in Spanish and doing some homework as part of it. It was so engaging. Then the extra pluses were the tango classes and other dancing classes, the food making classes, the conversation casual meet ups, and of course, all the faculty and staff were fantastic. They really encouraged us to only speak Spanish. But they were very accommodating when we needed to speak our native language. The Expanish app and the WhatsApp group communication was prompt and easily helped us navigate our way through and get any questions answered and keep up with all the activities. I definitely am thinking about going back every year for a refresher! I also love that Buenos Aires does not have as many English speaking people so you really can immerse yourself in just being around the language. Thank you Gabriel and your whole team -- you are phenomenal. I'll be back!

I spent three weeks at Expanish Buenos Aires and absolutely loved it! My Spanish improved so much in such a short time. The school environment was amazing — the teachers were super supportive, passionate and made every class fun. I always felt very well taken care of and I met so many wonderful people along the way.

I booked my accommodation through the school and stayed in a homestay with Eugenia — it was fantastic. The activities outside of class were also great and really helped me experience the city.

Honestly, I can’t say anything other than that I had the most beautiful time there. I would do it all over again and recommend Expanish to everyone!

I first attended Expanish in November 2022, for my first ever Spanish lesson and it was such a wonderful experience, that I have returned 3 times every time I am back in Buenos Aires for 3 months. This time, I was here for 6 months and have really progressed with my Spanish. I love the school for many reasons - it is very well located and easy to access from Belgrano, Palermo, Recoleta/ Barrio Norte and other neighbourhoods. It is housed in an old building with plenty of character, but it is very clean, modern and well -equipped. I love the courtyard at the back for summer days between classes and especially the asado evenings. The social side is just as well thought out and managed as the Spanish teaching. All of the staff are very friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. They take their work seriously but also encourage you to have fun while you're learning and are happy to introduce you to the culture of Argentina and show you the sights of Buenos Aires. I have made some of my best friends in Argentina from this school, on every trip, and I am already looking forward to returning when I come back to BA! I can't recommend this enough :)

I spent three months at the Expanish language school in Buenos Aires. During that time, I was able to greatly improve my Spanish. Thanks to the very friendly and skilled teachers, I really enjoyed the classes. The school also offers some great free activities that were always worth participating in. I had a wonderful time at the school and would definitely recommend it.

Expanish was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I spent a month in Buenos Aires going to school. They are very welcoming, create community and do everything possible to help you learn. I highly recommend Expanish! I would love to go back and learn some more.
