My experience with EP Malta became extremely disappointing because of how unfairly important information was handled by the administration.

The school does not properly warn students about attendance requirements and how directly missing classes affects receiving diplomas/certificates. Mentioning something this serious only once during the introduction is completely inadequate, especially when many students are young international students experiencing their first time abroad. Important academic consequences should be communicated clearly and repeatedly through emails, reminders, or official notices, like every normal educational institution does.

It feels very unfair to punish students harshly over attendance while failing to properly communicate the consequences in a professional way. Many students are adjusting to a new country, new schedules, transportation, accommodation issues, culture shock, and language barriers. A school that works with international students should understand this and provide proper guidance instead of expecting one brief introduction speech to be enough.

I also had a very negative experience with Katia. She was often rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and impatient when students asked questions or needed help. Instead of making students feel supported, she made people feel mocked and uncomfortable. For students who are far from home and unfamiliar with everything around them, staff attitude matters a lot. Students need patience, professionalism, and clear communication — not sarcasm and condescending behavior.

The lack of communication combined with the attitude from certain staff members left a very negative final impression of the program. EP Malta needs to seriously improve how they treat and support international students.

How wonderful the travel studying program is ! In English Path ,everything here is amazing . The environment is great, the professional and friendly teachers provide a lot of assistance and organize many enriching activities, and I've made great friends from different countries. All these wonderful memories will be deeply etched in my heart ❤️

It was an incredible experience, I have improved my English, I feel happy because I return to Colombia with a dream come true, because I had always wanted to study English abroad in my life, I loved the staff, each one is the best, I loved the teachers, I carry Professor Lorreine in my heart, I loved everything. Five stars is a good choice for studying English.

This is a great school! If you want to fast-track your English, try an intensive course — after just two weeks, you might even start thinking in English 😊

I studied at English Path for 4 months starting in January 2024. I learned a lot and managed to break through my barriers to better understand and speak English. The teachers are generally fantastic—Aneta, Susane, Roberta, Dhekra Zezgi (apologies if I misspelled any names). Those I mentioned were particularly motivating, but I must highlight that Aneta especially helped me overcome the mental barriers I had set for myself. I would return to study here just for the quality of her teaching, which is truly incredible.

However, one teacher was demotivating at the beginning, but fortunately, I was able to change levels. The administrative processes are somewhat impractical; for instance, moving from one group to another required me to wait until the following Monday, even if the teacher agreed to it on a Monday, which felt like a lack of empathy for a student's time.

Regarding visa processing, it's straightforward once you get the hang of it but can be stressful. It would be great if English Path provided a video tutorial to better support and assist students because I had to ask for help many times, which was frustrating.

The general treatment is good, but I have seen some complicated situations where agreements about accommodations or demotivating comments were not met, which can diminish the institution's overall quality. However, I believe that with their excellent teaching staff, they could easily be among the best in Malta if they address these issues.

One last negative point: there was a delay in receiving textbooks due to various reasons. At the beginning of my course, it took 2 weeks to get my book because it was the end of a cycle (which are every 10 weeks), but this wasn't clearly explained. It would be helpful if new students were informed about this beforehand.

Lastly, it's worth mentioning that this is a business, and discussing prices with fellow students, I noticed significant differences for the same courses, which isn't ideal.

In summary, I recommend studying here because the teachers are worth it, and while I've mentioned some negative aspects, the staff generally was supportive. This feedback is meant as constructive criticism with the hope that it helps the institution improve and grow for future generations.
