Kurs angielskiego w Londynie: szkoła St Giles

I was there for just two weeks but it was the best time ever. I appreciate every lesson and everything I learned. Even though it was a short stay, my confidence in speaking English grew immensely. And also, I absolutely loved the atmosphere in the school, every person was so friendly.
I would absolutely love to come back.

Extremely disappointing experience at St Giles London.

After studying at St Giles Brighton for five weeks and having a genuinely positive experience, I expected a similar standard in London. Unfortunately, the reality has been the complete opposite.

From the very beginning, the class placement made little sense.
As a B1+ student, I was assigned to lessons covering very basic content such as “a”, “an”, and “the”, which is clearly below my level and a waste of time.

The class composition was also not ideal.
In several classes, the majority of students were from the same country, which significantly limits opportunities to communicate in English. This defeats the purpose of studying abroad.

However, what concerned me most was the way my situation was handled by the staff.
When I tried to raise issues and seek help, I received dismissive responses and no clear solutions. Communication felt minimal and unhelpful.

More seriously, in official communication, I received comments involving political viewpoints (for example, statements regarding Taiwan) that were completely inappropriate in an educational context.
Such remarks are unprofessional and can be offensive to students from different backgrounds.

At times, the overall tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and not respected as a student.
Whether intentional or not, this gave the impression that some students’ concerns are not treated equally.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below expectations.
Within just a few days, my motivation to study has been seriously affected.

I would not recommend this campus to students who expect a respectful, professional, and inclusive learning environment！

I was able to learn English because of these enthusiasm teachers of this school. My English knowledge is not perfect but this is not their faults. I am a bit language antitalent. School is located a very good place near Russell Square. Every good Museums, Theatres are very close and complet London central sights are in walking distance. But with very good bike share service you can reach out almost everything in London. I really recommend this school to learn English.

I had the chance to visit St Gilles schools and it was a wonderful experience. The facilities are not only beautiful but everything is also very well organized.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the teachers are kind, patient, and full of energy.
What I loved the most is that they have different schools tailored to various ages and interests, yet they all share the same goal: helping students discover English culture while learning high-quality English.

I had the chance to join the St Giles FAM trip and I was really pleased with the experience. The school’s academic quality, the way teachers care for their students, and the classroom environment were all very impressive. St Giles not only provides strong academic support but also offers plenty of social activities for students. Thanks to its central location, it’s also very easy to explore the city. Having seen the school in person, I can confidently recommend it.
